  • Original degree prior attested from HEC and MOFA.

  1. Intermediate & Matric Certificate Attestation

Getting your Intermediate or Matric certificate attested require below mentioned procedure:

 

INTERMEDIATE OR MATRIC CERTIFICATE both have same procedure.

These certificate should be attested from IBCC and MOFA.

  • Color valid passport (Copy)
  • Color CNIC (Copy)
  • Original degree prior attested from IBCC and MOFA.
  • Name should be same on Passport, CNIC and on Certificates.

 

  1. Nikah Nama Attestation from QATAR Embassy

Nikahnama in Urdu will be attest but you have to get it translated in Urdu and English on single page so that these two papers could be attested. One Urdu Nikahnama and one its translation from foreign office and then it will be attested from QATAR Embassy. Following are supporting documents required for Nikahnama Attestation.   1. Marriage Registration Certificate Attestation from QATAR Embassy

As per the law of QATAR, your Marriage Certificate should be attested from QATAR Embassy in Pakistan. Because these attested documents provide legal proof of your pious relationship and after attestation you can process your family visa.   1. Birth Certificate Attestation from QATAR Embassy

Birth Certificate Attestation from QATAR Embassy is not as complicated as the attestation/verification of degree from QATAR Embassy. The verification of Birth Certificate is the part of family visa processing. Birth Certificate basically provides legal proof of your children to QATAR government.

It will attest from Ministry of Foreign Office.

Note: B-Form will not be attested from QATAR Embassy. Birth Certificate for each child will be attested separately.

 

  1. School leaving/Report Card certificate attestation from QATAR Embassy

School Leaving Certificate Attestation/Verification from QATAR Embassy is compulsory in case you want to register/admission of your children in (QATAR) schools for continuity of their education. School leaving certificate is basically legal proof that your children was already studying in Pakistani school.

Procedure of Attestation/Verification from QATAR Embassy/Consulate

First of all school will issue you a school leaving certificate on their letter head pad with school stamp.

Attestation of School Leaving Certificate from ICT/DEO/IBCC.

School Leaving Certificate must be in printed form. Hand written certificate is not acceptable by QATAR Embassy.

Verification of School Leaving Certificate from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

Attestation of School Leaving Certificate from QATAR Embassy/Consulate.

  • Father and Mother CNIC and Passport Copy.
  • Passport copy of Children.

 

  1. Diploma Attestation from QATAR Embassy

Only 3 years of diploma will be attested from embassy which need prior attestation from IBCC and MOFA.

But one thing is same for diploma attestation is that matric certificate is compulsory to be attested by embassy along with diploma.

  • CNIC copy
  • Passport copy
  • Name should be same on CNIC, Passport and on diploma.
