Saudi Embassy (Culture) Attestation (Information Department)

Requirements for Saudi Culture Attestation and Saudi Embassy with new SOP’S:

• Contract/Offer Letter from company attested from Saudi chamber of commerce and Saudi Foreign Office. (Sample Attached)
• Contract Letter/Offer Letter should not be older than One Year.
• Date should be mentioned on Contract Letter.
• Hand Written Contract will not be accepted.
• Request Letter from Company to Saudi Culture Mission Islamabad Attested from Saudi Chamber of Commerce.

Request Letter should not be older than One Year.

Date should be mentioned on Request Letter.

Verification letter from University, featuring that the candidate was a regular student (the word “Regular Student” must be mentioned on the verification letter).

Original Degree and Transcript Prior Attested by HEC & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan.

As per new Rule, Saudi Embassy and Saudi Culture is verifying your degree from university via Email. So, you need to submit the verification fee in university and need to attach Voucher / Bank Challan (Student Copy / Receipt) with the above documents.

If the candidate is in Pakistan, then we need Original passport which we have to present at Saudi Culture Office.

BUT

For Iqama Holders or Applicant who is not in Pakistan then they need to send courier to Saudi Culture Mission Islamabad which includes following documents:

• Valid Passport Colored Copy
• Pakistani Id copy
• Valid Iqama Copy (if available)

These copies should be stamped & signed by Concern Company

Important Note:

By Laws of Saudi Culture Mission, you cannot send this courier to anywhere else. Courier should be sent from KSA from Employer Directly to Saudi Culture Mission.

Name of Applicant and his Father name should be same on all the documents otherwise your case will be objected. In case of HEC objection correction charges are applicable.

Time Required: Minimum 42 business days depends on university reply to Saudi Culture.
